What You’ll Learn
- Understand hyperbaric principles, recompression, theory, oxygen toxicity, diving-related injuries.
- Operate chamber control systems, gas supply systems, fire suppression systems (FSS).
- Conduct chamber pressurisation and decompression, treatment table operations, emergency procedures.
- Assist with diver neurological assessments, oxygen administration, patient support inside the chamber.
- Learn gas management calculations, chamber safety protocols, hyperbaric operational procedures.
Prerequisites
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Hold Nitrox Gas Blender certification
- Hold VIP certification
- Be medically fit for diving.
