This course is for divers, dive professionals, and shop staff who want to understand and safely perform nitrox gas blending operations.

No. This is a non-diving course focused on gas production, so it can be taken by non-divers involved in dive operations.

You will learn blending theory and then perform practical gas blending, including producing and analysing multiple nitrox mixes under instructor supervision.

You must successfully blend and analyse multiple nitrox cylinders (minimum five) to demonstrate competency.

You will be qualified to blend nitrox gases independently for recreational diving operations, within the limits of your training and local regulations.
