This course focuses on the safe preparation of both nitrox and trimix gases, introducing more complex blending procedures, oxygen handling protocols, and system management. Divers and professionals develop a deeper operational understanding of how technical breathing gases are produced, analyzed, and controlled.

This course is for divers, technicians, and dive professionals who want to expand from nitrox blending into full mixed gas production, including trimix.
The Nitrox Blender course focuses on oxygen-enriched air, while Advanced Gas Blender introduces helium and trains you to produce trimix, significantly increasing complexity and precision requirements.
You will perform multiple gas blends, including both nitrox and trimix, and analyze each cylinder to verify accuracy while applying correct procedures and safety protocols.
You will be required to successfully blend and analyse a minimum of 5 nitrox cylinders and 3 trimix cylinders, demonstrating accurate gas composition and proper blending procedures to meet technical diving standards.
You will be qualified to blend both nitrox and trimix gases independently, within the limits of your training and local regulations.
