The SDI Shore / Beach Diver course develops the knowledge and practical skills required to safely conduct dives from shore and beach-entry locations.
Unlike boat diving, shore diving requires divers to assess entry and exit points, surf conditions, tides, currents, terrain, and environmental hazards before entering the water.
Training focuses on:
site assessment,
entry and exit techniques,
environmental awareness,
equipment management,
dive planning,
and shore-diving safety procedures.
At N9BO℠, Shore / Beach Diver training develops the confidence and situational awareness required to safely enjoy independent shore diving at dive sites around the world.
