The FRTI Workplace CPR / AED course is designed for personnel working in:

• remote environments,
• offshore facilities,
• oil & gas operations,
• industrial sites,
• maritime operations,
• and expeditionary workplaces

where immediate medical support may be delayed.

This programme teaches the essential skills required to:

• recognise life-threatening emergencies,
• activate emergency medical systems,
• perform CPR,
• and safely operate an automated external defibrillator (AED)

for adults, children, and infants.

Particular emphasis is placed on:

• rapid casualty assessment,
• team-based emergency response,
• communication under stress,
• and effective intervention during the critical minutes before evacuation or higher medical care becomes available.
