PADI Seal Team is a scuba-diving programme designed specifically for young divers who want to:

  • learn scuba skills,
  • participate in underwater AquaMissions,
  • and build confidence underwater through supervised activities.

Seal Team is a youth development programme and is not a full scuba certification course.

However, it helps prepare participants for future junior diver training.

AquaMissions are:

  • themed underwater activities,
  • skill-development exercises,
  • and adventure-focused scuba sessions designed to make learning enjoyable and interactive.

All activities are conducted within confined-water limits to a maximum depth of 4 metres / 12 feet.

Young divers may continue into:

  • PADI Master Seal Team™,
  • Junior Open Water Diver,
  • and future recreational diver training programmes.
